Thornridge

‘Thornridge’ was a substantial Georgian style property nestled in the Essex countryside which was purchased with a view to update and upgrade the interior and exterior to a very high specification and finish. We were engaged by the current owner of the property together with an interior designer to carry out his vision.

The project extended over an 18 month period, working closely with the client, architects and interior designers resulting in the finished product you see within the photos. On a project of this scale, it is crucial to communicate closely with all parties, ensuring that programme, sourcing of bespoke materials, providing specialist contractors and an experienced project management to ensure that all the client’s expectations are met and exceeded.

We are extremely proud to have been instructed by our client on this prestigious property and to be able to deliver a product of this quality within the timescale and agreed budget.

I have been delighted with the build quality achieved by Jarvis. They delivered a fantastic product, on time and to the agreed budget. Their friendly, customer facing approach was also refreshing and they were flexible and accommodating throughout the process. I would happily recommend them to my friends and family.
